Hi, I'm Alistair O Nhiwatiwa 👋

IT Support & Network Technician with a cybersecurity home lab, based in Gauteng, South Africa. For eight years I've been the whole IT department of a 24/7 hotel. Now I build the training tools I wish I'd had.

CCNA Simulator · code Browser-based network lab for the CCNA 200-301: IOS-style CLI, packet capture, 64 graded labs across all five blueprint domains, and a practice exam scored out of 1000
Shift One · code Help desk simulator graded on what you actually fixed: live phone calls, an Active Directory-style directory, remote desktop, a server room, plus an MSP service coordinator mode

Both are free and run in the browser. I design the scenarios, labs and grading, and build with Claude Code.
