Updates the five setup-uv action pins from 10.0.1 to 10.1.0. The action commit matches the upstream release tag.
Dependabot and fork builds can now check the design-token palette at the public
openadapt.ai/styles/URLs. Web publishes byte-identical copies there. The check doesn't need a token, and it still fails on a fetch error or a changed palette.--writecontinues to read the canonical Web source and record its commit in provenance.Validation: 20 focused design-token tests pass. The live public files match both retained SHA-256 values. Documentation validation, offline version-claim checks, and the strict MkDocs build pass.
