Use OpenEarable/open_earable_flutter#153 so switching phone Bluetooth off/on clears stale wearable state and native GATT handles before reconnecting.
This is only the dependency pin and lockfile change. Stacked on #317 to retain its FOTA fix and #315’s battery decoder; ultimately targets 1.5.4. The pinned library also retains those fixes.
Validated on Pixel 9a with both earphones: six Bluetooth power cycles (three without music, three with music) recovered both devices within 10 seconds and returned fresh IMU data without restarting the app. Music trials used IMU only; mixed-load sensor throughput remains a separate issue. The four library regression tests also pass with the app’s pinned universal_ble 2.0.2.
