Use universal_ble 2.3.0 and the library cleanup fix in OpenEarable/open_earable_flutter#158. Remove the 2.0.2 override that retained Bluetooth clients belonging to a destroyed app engine, preventing reconnect after Android Back/reopen.
Validation: all 127 app tests, analysis and Android release build pass. Real Pixel 9a + both firmware 2.3.0 earphones pass three same-process Back/reopen cycles, force-stop/relaunch, and Bluetooth off/on; each recovery delivers fresh samples from both ears without re-pairing.
Two Back/reopen trials recovered after one 10-second MTU timeout. This fixes the persistent stale-client failure; the remaining intermittent MTU callback race is tracked separately.
