Fix FOTA reset countdown and completion after reconnect

During the final reboot, the native updater waits for the configured 90-second swap estimate. The earphone can reconnect much sooner, but the app only armed verification after native success, leaving “Reset” visible without a countdown.

• Show Reset and verify and the existing three-minute verification countdown at the final reboot, using one deadline for the banner and update screen.
• Complete the screen and release navigation when a new connection reports the expected firmware, even while the native updater is still waiting. Never verify against the pre-reset connection or start verification during a recovery reset before upload.
• Keep version mismatches and timeouts visible; cancel pending checks on abort/failure and do not restart them on repeated or late native callbacks.

Validation: 31 FOTA/version tests passed, including the reported downgrade/reconnect sequence, timeout, mismatch, cancellation, early recovery reset, and late success. Static analysis passed. Android release APK built. Phone logs confirm the reported reconnect occurred about 50 seconds after reset; the patched UI has not yet been exercised through another live FOTA.
