Hide “Abort Update” during the final reset and verification, when cancellation cannot undo the reboot. Place the red verification countdown before the abort action in the page layout. Keep abort available during upload and recovery resets before upload.
Recheck the current stage when an abort confirmation closes, so a dialog opened before reboot cannot cancel verification afterward.
Validation: all 19 FOTA tests pass, including abort visibility during upload/reset and confirmation across the reboot transition. Static analysis passes.
