Fix PHPunit matrix for nette/forms <3.3 - #2

The visitor now rewrites dynamic form access for older nette/forms too, so the internal Runtime::item() call and its template-type error are gone.
PHPStan 2.3 reports the internal Runtime::item() template-type errors on unnamed forms; PHPStan 2.1 does not. Keep the expectations for the newer analysis only.

After the nette/forms 3.3 visitor refactor, dynamic form access no longer leaves an internal Runtime::item() call, so the old item()/template-type expectations are stale for Latte 3.1 + nette/forms <3.3 and Latte 3.0.

Main itself is untouched.
