https://eu.githubstatus.comno longer serves the Statuspage JSON API — all requests return 404, causing 9 CI test failures. This is the same server-side retirement that took down theUSstamp in #581.Changes
src/variables/private/GitHub.ps1— remove[GitHubStamp]::new('Europe', 'https://eu.githubstatus.com')from theStampsarrayPublic(https://www.githubstatus.com) remains as the sole registered stamp. Since the parametrized status tests iterate overGet-GitHubStampoutput at runtime, no test changes are required — Europe test cases disappear automatically once the stamp is removed.
