fix: redirect /dear-sir-demis-2025 from SvelteKit, not _redirects - #1231

Netlify runs edge functions before _redirects rules, and this site renders through an edge function, so the _redirects entries added in #1228 never fired and the old URL returned 404. Move the redirect into src/lib/redirects.ts alongside the /uk-email-mp ones and drop the dead _redirects lines. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-up to #1228: https://pauseai.info/dear-sir-demis-2025 currently returns 404 instead of redirecting to https://pauseai.uk/campaigns/dear-sir-demis-2025.
Cause: the site renders through a Netlify edge function (
USE_EDGE_FUNCTIONS = true), and Netlify runs edge functions before_redirectsrules, so the_redirectsentries never fire./uk-email-mpworks because its redirect lives insrc/lib/redirects.ts, inside SvelteKit.Fix: add
/dear-sir-demis-2025toREDIRECTSinsrc/lib/redirects.tsand remove the dead_redirectslines. Only English is enabled in production, so no/:lang/variant is needed.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
