- Fluent theme following the system mode, sidebar navigation grouped into Overview / Measure / Act / Records, inventory tables under Network details. - DNS resolvers and Interrupt affinity split out of MainWindow into their own views. - One WriteConsentDialog gates every live write; consent can be revoked in Preferences. - Updates must be signed by the same publisher as the installed app; the binary swap rolls back if interrupted. - The elevated worker writes to the launching user's audit folder; unreadable audit and history entries are skipped instead of deleted. - Dependabot auto-merge is guarded on PR author and head repo, not github.actor.
