Motivation

Ships the fixes from #1049 as a patch release.

Solution

Bumps package.json and package-lock.json from 4.4.0 to 4.4.1. Since v4.4.0, main has:

• fix: approve the batch total in bulk orders and batch fulfills, keep self-recipient on the basic route #1049: createBulkOrders and fulfillOrders now approve the batch total per operator, so a batch whose existing allowance covers each order but not their sum no longer under-approves or reverts. Naming yourself as recipientAddress keeps the basic or standard route instead of fulfillAdvancedOrder. Fixes Bug: createBulkOrders with exactApproval: true under approves when multiple orders offer the same ERC20 token #1041.
• Dependency and toolchain updates (chore(deps): update dependency @types/node to v26.6.5 #1036 to chore(deps): update actions/stale action to v11 #1039, chore(deps): update node.js to v24.22.1 #1044 to chore(deps): update dependency dotenv to v18 #1048) and a README banner (docs: new-brand README banner #1040).

Patch rather than minor: no exported type or signature changed, no new error is thrown, and the runtime dependencies, peerDependencies and engines are identical to v4.4.0. The behavior differences are bug fixes. offerItemsLandWithFulfiller, which now accepts an empty string, is not exported from src/index.ts.

After merge, publish a GitHub release tagged v4.4.1 on the merge commit. npm-publish.yml runs on release: published and publishes to npm with provenance.
