Installed from the USA v1.1 CD-ROM with default name and organization, full install, and Sound Blaster 16 music/SFX.
Installed from the USA Special Edition v1.1 CD-ROM matching with Redump: SimCity 2000 Special Edition (USA, Korea) (Rerelease)
Can also be installed from Redump-verified CD-ROM: SimCity 2000 Special Edition (Rerelease) (2000-12-07)
Installation settings: default name and organization, full install, and Sound Blaster 16 music/SFX.
WILLTV files were then extracted to C:\DATA with the WILLTV field in SC2000.CFG changed to reflect that.
The required SC2000.CFG file can also be generated by DoDAT or ExtractDATEmbeds using the embedded data.
DoDAT cannot build this entirely from the disc image - some files must be installed. Then DoDAT can build from the installed files + disc image (for the WILLTV files).
