The links to the API guides pointed to qtsurfer.github.io/docs/*.html, a site that no longer exists. They now point to the same guides on www.qtsurfer.com/docs/developers/api.

The README and the guides of this SDK link to the API guides at
qtsurfer.github.io/docs/<guide>.html. That site no longer exists, so those links return a 404.They now point to the same guides on
www.qtsurfer.com/docs/developers/api/<guide>. Only the link targets change: 3 links in 3 files.
