Same-provider native delegates now inherit the parent's exact provider-account binding instead of selecting a less-loaded sibling or the current default. Disabled, removed, missing-credential and cooling-down inherited accounts use existing explicit eligibility checks and fail closed; no silent account fallback. Cross-provider delegates retain existing routing. Existing sessions/accounts are not switched or removed. Two synthetic regressions cover both delegate paths, missing inherited credentials and cross-provider separation. Local cargo check --offline --locked --tests and all-target Clippy with -D warnings passed. CI tests pending; fresh live delegates fail OAuth before tools, so no independent review is available. Part of the hosted reauthentication-to-session handoff repair; no claim of live OAuth recovery.
