Summary
Reverts the two SCAPI MRT
envfeatures frommain:get/updateformrt env redirect(W-24145907), including the--source/--destinationaliases.mrt env access-control(W-24145908).Both were squash-merged, so each is reverted with a single
git revert. The two features are being moved offmainand re-staged on a dedicated feature branch (feature/scapi-mrt-env) for integration there; see the companion re-land PR.Unrelated commits merged between the two (#730, #731) are untouched.
