ci: build and test on linux-aarch64 - #115
Conversation
Add linux-aarch64 to the workspace platforms and lock it. A new build-linux-aarch64 job runs the same tasks on an ubuntu-24.04-arm runner, and "All checks passed" now waits for it too. The existing linux-64 job is unchanged. Assisted-by: Claude Code:claude-opus-5-5

Adds linux-aarch64 to the workspace platforms and locks it. A new
build-linux-aarch64job runs the same tasks asbuild-and-teston anubuntu-24.04-armrunner, and "All checks passed" waits for both. The linux-64 job is unchanged. The SHiP dependencies resolve from the new linux-aarch64 builds on
ship-experiment/stable(ShipSoft/ship-conda-recipes#215), and the rest comes from conda-forge, which now has phlex and GeoModel for aarch64. The lock was regenerated with pixi 0.82 and only adds entries. No linux-64 package changes. This is the first build of this repo on ARM, so the new job is the actual test.
