Phase 2 execution for Charter RFC #112: stand up @stackbilt/build in this repository.

Scope:

  • Port CLI command surface from Charter: login, architect, scaffold, run
  • Port supporting modules: credentials, http-client, scaffold contract types
  • Port baseline tests: credentials/auth wiring/login warning coverage
  • Set package metadata: @stackbilt/build with stackbilt bin
  • Add CI + release workflow using npm trusted-publisher OIDC
  • Publish initial npm version and validate install + stackbilt run path

Phase 2 scope is shipped and verifiable.

    Completed deliverables:

    • Command surface and support modules ported into @stackbilt/build (login, architect, run, scaffold + credentials/http/scaffold types) via PR feat: bootstrap @stackbilt/build package #2.
    • Package metadata + stackbilt bin established in this repo.
    • CI and release workflow landed with npm trusted-publisher OIDC flow.
    • Initial package publish completed: @stackbilt/build@0.1.0 is live on npm (latest = 0.1.0).
    • Release tag exists: v0.1.0.

    Evidence:

Historical note: the first tag-triggered Release run failed on missing CHANGELOG/lockfile assumptions, but those workflow assumptions were fixed on main and do not block the delivered Phase 2 outcome.

    Closing as completed.
