The conflict resolution for Sub-Rosa-Issue#558 mangled three spots in the appraisal model: `APPRAISAL_MODEL` lost its underscore, the canonical JSON serializer's destructuring became `([k], v])`, and three rationale interpolations lost their `$` to a mojibake `ä`.
