Enforces
snapshot:check(scripts/check-snapshots.mjs) and its unit test suite (snapshot:test/scripts/check-snapshots.test.mjs) in CI so missing or corrupted contract test snapshots, contract event snapshots, or stale dashboard evidence fixtures fail CI.Fixes #521

scripts/check-snapshots.mjs: ExportcheckSnapshotsandREQUIRED_CATEGORIES, verify JSON validity across committed contract snapshots (contracts/round/test_snapshots/test/*.json), and verify committed contract event (packages/round-bindings/fixtures/event-snapshot.json) and dashboard (apps/web/src/dashboard/fixture.ts) evidence health.scripts/check-snapshots.test.mjs: Add unit tests covering valid snapshots, missing required categories, corrupted snapshot JSON, and CI script wiring.package.json: Add"snapshot:test": "node --test scripts/check-snapshots.test.mjs"and wirecheck-snapshots.test.mjsandcheck-snapshots.mjsinto the CI check suite.docs/CI.md: Document the committed snapshot health check and local commands (pnpm snapshot:test,pnpm snapshot:check).
