Summary

Pins the workspace Rust toolchain to reviewed version 1.85.0 (with wasm32v1-none) in rust-toolchain.toml and Cargo.toml ([workspace.package] rust-version = "1.85.0"), replacing moving stable channel resolution and adding an automated CI check keeping the contract workflows and toolchain files aligned.

Fixes #513
Closes #513

Changes

  • rust-toolchain.toml & Cargo.toml: Pin channel = "1.85.0", targets = ["wasm32v1-none"], and [workspace.package] rust-version = "1.85.0".
  • scripts/check-rust-toolchain.mjs & scripts/check-rust-toolchain.test.mjs: Validate that rust-toolchain.toml pins an exact MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH version (1.85.0), includes wasm32v1-none, matches Cargo.toml, and keeps both contract workflows aligned.
  • package.json: Add rust:toolchain:check and rust:toolchain:test scripts and wire them into the CI check suite.
  • docs/CI.md: Document the pinned Rust toolchain version (1.85.0) and local verification commands.

Pin rust-toolchain.toml and Cargo.toml workspace rust-version to 1.85.0 with wasm32v1-none target, add check-rust-toolchain guard and unit tests, and document in docs/CI.md.
