This pull request updates the Symfony version requirement from 8.0 to 8.1 in both the CI workflow and the Composer configuration. This ensures that the project uses the latest Symfony 8.1 features and receives relevant bug fixes.

Dependency updates:

  • Updated the Symfony version constraint from ^8.0 to ^8.1 in the CI workflow matrix in .github/workflows/ci.yaml, so tests now run against Symfony 8.1.
  • Updated the Symfony version requirement from 8.0.* to ^8.1 in composer.json for local development and package management.

Why this PR?

When using Symfony 8.0 and not 8.1, executing:

bin/console doctrine:schema:create

Throws this error:

The setSchema() method requires the DBAL Schema::edit() API which is not available in the current DBAL version. This feature requires doctrine/dbal ^4.5 or higher.
