🎯 What: Extracted the inline closure logic for each compression utility (zip, unzip, tar, untar, gzip, gunzip) into discrete, named functions (sys_zip, sys_unzip, etc.) and extracted the duplicated filesystem capability check into a reusable check_fs_capability function in stdlib/src/compress.rs.
💡 Why: File system capability checks and execution logic shouldn't clutter the registration flow. Extracting the execution logic makes the code more maintainable, easier to read, and consistent with other modules like sys.rs.
✅ Verification: Verified that the changes compile successfully without introducing any new errors. Tests remain the same and compilation confirms the types match the expected StdFnCallback signature.
✨ Result: A much cleaner, robust registration flow for the std.compress module.

Extracts the inline closure logic for each compression utility (zip, unzip, tar, untar, gzip, gunzip) into discrete, named functions (`sys_zip`, `sys_unzip`, etc.) and extracts the duplicated filesystem capability check into a reusable `check_fs_capability` function. This declutters the registration flow and improves the maintainability and readability of `stdlib/src/compress.rs`.
