…-escaped regex (CodeQL js/useless-regexp-character-escape, js/identity-replacement) The behaviour test I added in 8551f5d built a RegExp from a file name with a bad escape; CodeQL raised two alerts (#22, #23) on the push. … helper for every template-to-live check (UMB-256) Dependabot bumps each repository's own action pins, so a byte-for-byte or blob-id check of a template workflow against a live copy turned red after every bump (.github#19 and #22 on the scorecard parity test) though the structure was identical. scripts/lib/pin-normalize.mjs normalises every uses: owner/repo@<40-hex> # tag pin; the scorecard parity test, skeleton-check's file compare and the overlay-set compare all use it. A pin-only difference is its own line (PINS ONLY: pins behind or ahead of the canon), never DIFFERS; a difference anywhere else still is. Red first: the old test failed on a bumped pin and passes now, fails on a structural edit; a fixture pair differing in one pin passes, one differing elsewhere does not; three mutants killed. Sweep of other byte or blob checks of a template against a live copy: the .coderabbit.yaml parity, the GOVERNANCE, PR template and secret-scan copies carry no uses: pin and stay byte checks.
