Closes #7
Root Cause
The shared auto-prefix workflow declared both issue-change events and a daily schedule. GitHub therefore dispatched it every day even when no issue state changed.
Fix Description
Removes the daily schedule trigger and retains the
tool-templateevent-driven trigger for opened and edited issues. Repository-specific issue-labeling logic remains unchanged. How Verified
onmap now contains onlyissueswithopenedandeditedat L3–L5; noscheduletrigger remains.git diff --checkpasses, and the diff contains one workflow file with exactly two deleted lines.Test Coverage
None: GitHub event dispatch cannot be exercised locally; the trigger map and complete diff were verified statically.
Scope of Change
.github/workflows/auto‐prefix‐issues.ymlRisk and Rollout
Low risk. The change removes only the redundant time-based trigger; issue-opened and issue-edited events remain active.
