Description

Adds search and funnel filters to the Tags page:

• Tag ID funnel: search by ID, plus a "Has command alias" checkbox (shown only when the server has alias tags).
• Type funnel: Text, Embed, Embed + Text, Knowledge Base (multi-select).
• The toolbar shows "N of M tags" with a "Clear filters" button.
• Filters are kept in the URL (?id=, ?type=, ?alias=1), so reloads and shared links restore them.
• When nothing matches, a "No tags found" row keeps the funnels reachable.
• Tags linked to a KB article now show as "Knowledge Base" instead of "Text".
