Description

Replaces the hand-written markdown parser with a port of Discord's web-client markdown parser, so previews, the ticket view and transcripts render like Discord. Notification emails use a Go port of it with Text Display rules. Fixes > -# :warning: **Make sure your Discord DMs are open.** showing a literal -# :warning: inside the quote.

  • Lists render, and quotes can hold subtext, headings, lists and code blocks.
  • :shortcode: emoji render via the new @emoji-platform-data/discord dependency (lazy-loaded, ~325 kB chunk). (frontend only)
  • Each surface follows Discord's rules, e.g. embed titles no longer render headings, user/role mentions or masked links.
  • Masked links get Discord's anti-spoofing checks (e.g. [https://a.com](https://b.com) stays text); mailto:, tel: and sms: links work.
  • Each timestamp style gets its own format, and slash-command mentions and <id:…> links render. In the dashboard, relative times update live and jumbo emoji and ansi colours show.
  • Markup uses Discord's sizes and spacing; editors, the ticket view and transcripts show the server's channel and role names.
