For TicketsBot-cloud/database#49 `panels.colour` can now be NULL (No colour). The daemon loads panels with `Panel.GetByGuild`, which can't scan a NULL colour on the current database version, so the panel sweep would skip those guilds. Points `database` at the local repo (`replace ../database`) until #49 is merged, and bumps `common` to the version it requires. No code changes.
