When a production render or lifecycle error occurs, this export no longer mounts Sentry's React error boundary because calling Sentry.init does not replace Sentry.wrap. The previous export wrapped the root component, so this change drops Sentry's component-stack capture and related React instrumentation even though production monitoring is still configured above; conditionally retain Sentry.wrap(ObserveRoot.wrap(RootLayout)) for production builds.
