Upgrades astro 6.4.6 -> 7.3.8, which is required because none of the five Astro advisories (including critical GHSA-26w7-cxv4-gfx2, AVIF image-optimization RCE) were backported to 6.x. Also bumps @astrojs/rss 4.0.19, astro-icon 1.2.0 (@iconify/tools 5, which drops extract-zip and tar), and autoprefixer 10.6.1, then runs npm audit fix. Astro 7 defaults to the Satteri Markdown processor. Adds @astrojs/markdown-remark and passes rehypeRebaseLinks to unified() so publications keep rendering through the same remark/rehype pipeline. Verified against a baseline build of main: - 188 pages built in both - visible text, link targets, and img alt text identical on all 186 HTML pages - no new broken local refs (same 2 pre-existing broken links) - original JPG/PNG copies no longer emitted (nothing referenced them) Remaining: braces and postcss-selector-parser via tailwindcss 3.
