• caddy 2.10.2-alpine → 2.11.7-alpine (chore(deps): update caddy docker tag to v2.11.7 - autoclosed #138)
• mysql 8.0.44 → 8.0.46 (chore(deps): update mysql docker tag to v8.0.46 - autoclosed #113)
• tinybird/Dockerfile: replaces python:3.14-slim with debian:trixie-slim instead of bumping to python:3.15-slim (chore(deps): update python docker tag to v3.15 - autoclosed #391)

The Tinybird CLI installer runs uv tool install tinybird --python 3.11, so tb uses its own uv-managed Python and never touched the base image's Python. The helper scripts only need bash, curl and jq. Dropping the python base saves ~60MB and stops Renovate from opening Python bumps that don't affect us.

Also supersedes the digest-only PRs for the old tags: #106, #94, #86.

Tested locally: tinybird image builds on debian:trixie-slim, has no system Python, and tb --version (5.0.3) / tb build --help run. caddy/mysql not exercised beyond CI.

Not included: actions/checkout PRs (#214, #217, #244), not Docker tags.
