Closing as part of repo hygiene after the idle stretch.

tokio-tungstenite 0.24 → 0.30 is a major bump (CI: build/lint/test/docs all red). WebSocket crate stays on 0.24 until we do a dedicated, tested upgrade — not a Dependabot drive-by.

Please reopen only with a real WS-compat PR, not a lockfile bump.
