Update Documentation for Prefixes, Suffixes, and Namespaces

Overview

The documentation for prefixes, suffixes, and namespaces has been updated by Copilot. This issue tracks all the changes, reviews, and improvements made to ensure the documentation accurately reflects the latest implementation and best practices.

• Review updated documentation for prefixes.
• Review updated documentation for suffixes.
• Review updated documentation for namespaces.
• Ensure consistency between code and documentation.

Also allow for multiple prefixes with one prefix for one namespaces but any number of prefixes and namespace combos.

Also need to get prefixes and namespaces to work correctly before start allowing for saving of operations which will use a combination of a prefix:attributename="the name of the operation". Once prefixes and names spaces are working then will be able to start thinking about adding operations to the import and export of nodes.
