Added latent-node styling and contract-based edges to cytoscapeNetwork

• Styled nodes by measured / included_in_query; NA logFC has its own colour
• Coloured PTM proteins from their protein-level row, else a container
• Set node shape by entity_type; legend lists only what is drawn
• Read edge directed column; .relProps() covers all statement types
• Added node-status vignette example, NEWS entries, and 19 tests
