Add the optional workflow_call boolean require-current-artifact (default false) and pass it to the shared test-server helper. Standalone SDK behavior remains unchanged; server candidate CI can explicitly require its current-run binary instead of silently testing an older release.

This changes workflow parameter wiring only. The existing three-platform test matrix must pass before merge.
