Brief summary of changes

  • Adds a configurable Registration Cohort field when creating a new candidate.
  • Validates that the selected registration cohort belongs to the candidate’s registration project.
  • Stores the registration cohort as an optional candidate field.
  • Exposes registration project and cohort information through the Candidates API and Candidate Parameters.
  • Displays the registration cohort in Access Profile, including when no visit has been started for that cohort.
  • Adds the database schema updates, upgrade patch, Raisinbread defaults, translations, documentation, and automated test coverage.

Testing instruction

  • Enable the useRegistrationCohort configuration setting and open /new_profile/.
  • Select a project and confirm Registration Cohort only lists cohorts belonging to that project.
  • Change the selected project and confirm the cohort selection resets and its options update.
  • Create a candidate with a registration cohort and confirm the value is saved.
  • Open Candidate Parameters and confirm Registration Project and Registration Cohort are displayed.
  • Open Access Profile for the candidate and confirm the registration cohort appears even when no visit has been started for that cohort.
  • Disable useRegistrationCohort and confirm the Registration Cohort field is hidden from New Profile.
  • Run the Candidate, Candidates API, New Profile, Candidate Parameters, and Candidate List tests.
