Render translated Cancel and Upload labels in the upload dialog HTML and let JavaScript read them. Use a CSS class to locate the upload action instead of matching its English text.
Checked English/French button labels, valid and invalid filename enablement, recovery after correcting a filename, and cancellation in Chromium. JavaScript syntax check passed; no files were uploaded.
