One public marketplace for Agent IX's Claude Code and Codex plugins. Register the marketplace once, then install the plugins you need. The same source repositories also support direct Copilot CLI installs and OpenCode catalogs. Each plugin keeps its own source repository, skills, and release lifecycle.
Start with Quoin for specification workflows, or Quire CLI for direct Markdown operations. The remaining plugins add assurance workflows, workflow authoring, engineering team workflows, developer tools, agent evaluation, and Linear project planning.
| Group | Plugin | Plugin version | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Specifications and Markdown | Quoin | 0.28.2 | Author, review, trace, and plan specifications. |
| Specifications and Markdown | Quire CLI | 0.1.1 | Explore, write, validate, link, and trace Markdown artifacts. |
| Engineering assurance | Engineering Assurance | 0.7.2 | Prepare governed assurance decisions and evidence. |
| Workflow authoring and execution | IX Flow | 0.2.5 | Run and author resumable agent workflows. |
| Agent evaluation | CLI Agent Evals | 0.1.3 | Run and author coding-agent evaluation suites. |
| Engineering workflow | Dev Team | 0.1.3 | Plan, coordinate, and report team delivery. |
| Engineering workflow | Dev Tools | 0.1.2 | Review, test, backport, audit, and scaffold. |
| Project planning | ix-board | 0.3.2 | Read ready work, blockers, focus, and project status. |
The shared marketplace is named agent-ix. The private holding plugin uses
agent-ix-private; private plugins are not listed in this public catalog.
Deprecated spec-skills is not distributed here; use Quoin instead.
Plugin installation adds skills and their supporting files. It does not install CLI executables, provision services, authenticate agent sessions, or install Quire modules. Follow each source repository's prerequisites too.
Run in your terminal:
claude plugin marketplace add agent-ix/agent-plugins
claude plugin install quoin@agent-ixInside Claude Code, the equivalents are /plugin marketplace add agent-ix/agent-plugins and /plugin install quoin@agent-ix.
codex plugin marketplace add agent-ix/agent-plugins
codex plugin add quoin@agent-ixFor either host, replace quoin with quire-cli, engineering-assurance,
ix-flow, cli-agent-evals, dev-team, dev-tools, or ix-board. Every plugin is
optional. Restart the agent session after installation so its skills load.
Already installed a plugin from its standalone marketplace? Follow the migration guide to avoid loading it twice. Existing standalone catalogs remain available.
Install directly from the public source repositories:
copilot plugin install agent-ix/dev-team
copilot plugin install agent-ix/dev-toolsAdd the public skill catalogs to the skills array in your opencode.jsonc:
{
"$schema": "https://opencode.ai/config.json",
"skills": [
"https://raw.githubusercontent.com/agent-ix/dev-team/main/skills/",
"https://raw.githubusercontent.com/agent-ix/dev-tools/main/skills/"
]
}OpenCode reads each repository's skills/index.json and the files it lists.
| Plugin | Install separately |
|---|---|
| Quoin | The quoin and ix-flow CLIs; Quire modules required by the workflow. See Quoin installation. |
| Quire CLI | The quire binary; a declared module for schema, validation, extraction, and trace operations. See Quire CLI installation. |
| Engineering Assurance | Its native CLI, Quire module, quire, quoin, and ix-flow. See assurance installation. |
| IX Flow | The ix-flow CLI. See IX Flow installation. |
| CLI Agent Evals | The cli-evals executable, tmux, and the authenticated agent CLIs being evaluated. See eval installation. |
| Dev Team | Linear and the companion ix-board@agent-ix plugin and CLI for planning/status; Quoin and Dev Tools for optional review methods. See Dev Team. |
| ix-board | The ix-board CLI and Linear access. See ix-board installation. |
| Dev Tools | Tool prerequisites vary by skill: Quoin for formal review artifacts, DeepSec for its audit, Cookiecutter and the public Rust template for scaffolding. See Dev Tools. |
If a required companion agent plugin is missing, register this marketplace and
install it as name@agent-ix. CLI executables and Quire modules have their own
installation steps in each plugin's setup.md.
Quire modules and oclif plugins are separate extension systems. They are not agent-host marketplace entries.
After following the relevant setup.md, use the Agent IX Discord
only when a reproducible Agent IX product bug still blocks progress. Include
versions, the command or skill, expected and actual behavior, and a sanitized
minimal reproduction. Local credentials, machine setup, third party tools, and
unrelated projects belong with their owners or administrators.
Both host catalogs are generated from catalog.json. Every plugin is pinned to an exact source commit. Refreshing the marketplace picks up reviewed catalog updates; it does not follow plugin branches automatically.
For Claude, use claude plugin marketplace update agent-ix and update
the installed plugin through /plugin. For Codex, use codex plugin marketplace upgrade agent-ix and the /plugins menu to manage installed plugins.
See CONTRIBUTING.md for pin updates, validation, and isolated installation checks. The validation workflow is dispatched manually and runs package verification and host installation.
The catalog and tooling are MIT licensed. Each source plugin retains its own license; listing it does not relicense its contents.
