Adds Aster (v0.4.1), an open-source coding agent that serves ACP on stdio via (aster acp). Apache-2.0, binary distribution for all five platforms from the cli-v0.4.1 GitHub release. darwin-aarch64 archive sha256 included; verified archive layout and checksum locally.
