  • Custom providers go through yeto's shared TrialConfig builder; HarborSettings.from_env shared by both backends.
  • Fix per-sample agent_name being overridden; stop boat command when exec is cancelled mid-start.
  • Real run via Miles entry points: fix-git, regex-log oracle=1, nop=0.

Testing: Full remote test suite on the stack tip: 0 failures. Not validated on PPU/NPU hardware (machines busy).

Part of the S25 stack (NPU+PPU heterogeneous GLM5.3-Flash full-param RL). Draft; do not merge before the S24 stack (#262–#268).

The Miles example maps HARBOR_ENV_TYPE to Harbor's EnvironmentType and
rejects providers Harbor does not ship. For CUSTOM_PROVIDERS (boat) the
yeto agent function now builds the TrialConfig with the same builder as
the verl path; built-in providers keep the example's builder.

- HarborSettings.from_env(): one environment reader for both backends.
- task_from_metadata: the agent default no longer shadows the sample's
agent_name; AGENT_TIMEOUT is read as the example reads it.

A cancel that landed while start_command ran in its worker thread left
the command running on the VM (until close). Shield the start and stop
the command once its id is known. The cancel test now waits for the
command instead of a fixed number of event-loop yields (it was flaky).
