Adds three technical reports to the research library and the Zenodo DOI for Weight Custody Manifest. One commit each:
Each PDF matches its reviewed bundle hash. The cA2A and Telemetry source zips are built from agentrust-io/papers main (#37 to #43); the handoffs zip is the reviewed bundle. No hardware captures are included. All six commands in
tools/RESEARCH.mdpass after every commit, and the four published PDFs are unchanged.After deploy, each new report gets a Zenodo record and a follow-up DOI PR. Merge only after doi.org resolves 10.5281/zenodo.23020644.
