Supersedes #241 and #242. Dependabot rebuilt the hash locks without --universal, which stripped every environment marker and dropped platform-only packages (pywin32, colorama, backports-tarfile, importlib-metadata, httpx2-jsfetch). Regenerated the five affected locks with the command each lock header records (uv pip compile ... --generate-hashes --universal --python-version 3.11), upgrading only pyjwt (2.15.1, which clears CVE-2026-102274) and urllib3 (2.8.0). It also restores markers and google-auth that earlier bumps had already stripped from sdk-google-adk.txt and sdk-langchain.txt. integrations/sentinel/requirements.lock.txt still pins urllib3 2.7.0 and is left to that integration.
