Pin the starter and browser tests to the published runtime and regenerate their frozen lockfiles. Adapt generated apps to style injection and typed appearance configuration, and provide required story and CSV export callbacks in analytical fixtures.

The previous proposal repeated changes already shipped in v1.9.0. Release v1.9.1 instead, containing only the generated and upgraded data-app runtime update merged in #127.

Update the CLI starter and browser-test package pins from
@altertable/data-app0.61.0 to 0.65.0, with regenerated frozen lockfiles. Newly created apps andapp upgradenow use the tested release.Adapt the starter to the release’s public style injector and typed appearance configuration. Analytical browser fixtures supply the required story and CSV export callbacks, and consumer assertions follow the package’s error and pagination behavior.
