Digital Health & Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Advisor — data analysis, health-system strengthening, and impact evaluation.

I work at the intersection of digital health, routine health information systems, and applied research, turning programme and survey data into evidence that improves service delivery. I currently support digital health and M&E work with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and contribute to research and data-science capacity building at Njala University, Sierra Leone.

• Digital health — electronic tools for frontline health workers, stock and commodity management, and digital literacy for health staff.
• Monitoring & Evaluation — indicator frameworks, routine monitoring systems, data quality assurance, and results reporting.
• Applied research & impact evaluation — household and facility surveys, health-service utilisation and satisfaction, and One Health governance.
• Data-science capacity building — training analysts and researchers in reproducible, code-based workflows.
