Release run 37829443154 still executed the old CommonJS/top-level-await parity heredoc from
.github/workflows/release.ymland failed withERR_AMBIGUOUS_MODULE_SYNTAX, whilesrc/tools/workflows/files/release.ymlalready contains the corrected ESM implementation.Validation
CI must be green. After merge, rerun/observe Release and verify the already-versioned Devtools 2.3.4 package plus GitHub release are actually published.
No compatibility path and no weakening of packed catalog parity.
