Summary

Bump the OpenAPI-to-MCP sidecar image tag from 1.0.2 to 1.0.5 for the 3.9 release line, and bump the gateway chart version from 3.9.12 to 3.9.13.

Changes

• charts/gateway/values.yaml: update openapiToMcp.image.tag to 1.0.5
• charts/gateway/Chart.yaml: update the chart version to 3.9.13
• charts/gateway/README.md: regenerate the documented default
