The CLI formats generated output with its bundled Biome config (dist/lib/biome/biome.json: quoteStyle double, lineWidth 100). Projects that run their own prettier over src/autogen (e.g. platform-server: single quotes, width 80) get 100% file churn on every regeneration because the two formatters fight (context: mavric/apso-platform-server#162 diagnosis — 225 of 317 files differed purely cosmetically).

Fix: document in the README/docs that src/autogen is Biome-owned and should be excluded from project prettier configs (.prettierignore), and consider having scaffold emit a .prettierignore entry.
