Reworks the TraceView UI after the UI review.

Landing page and ardoco.de style

• Remove the landing page: / redirects to /new-project. The intro video link (ardoco.de/c/ase26-tools) and the KASTEL/KIT credits move to a slim footer.
• Align with ardoco.de: dark header and footer, IBM Plex Sans/Mono (via next/font), and theme colors based on the ardoco.de teal (gruen) and azure (blau). Shades are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast.
• Fix the page title and meta description, undefined cerulean color, left0, and the Tailwind v3 bg-opacity class.

Fixes from the UI review

• "View Files Only" shows the uploaded files without a second API call.
• "Next" is blocked while a step has errors. Stepper steps are real buttons, only for earlier or completed steps, with aria-current="step".
• Trace link and inconsistency lists work with the keyboard. The "?" help also opens on focus and click.
• Project details step is responsive, labels are linked to their inputs, and radio buttons are round.
• The mobile menu shows the API address and uses the same confirm-navigation check as desktop.
• Code model labels are readable at the initial zoom (12px).
• Small fixes: $ in error messages, documentation loading text, aria-label on the remove-file button, Agent:: in the summary, and consistent "trace links" / "ARDoCo" spelling.

Inconsistencies for every approach when SAD and SAM are provided

• The checkbox is enabled whenever documentation and an architecture model are uploaded.
• SWATTR still makes a single call. Other approaches also start find-inconsistencies with the same SAD, SAM and configuration.
• Redirects to /view/{tlId}?type=…&inconsistencies={incId}. inconsistencies=true still means "same id", so old links keep working.
• The result view fetches both runs in parallel. Inconsistencies have their own loading and error state, so the trace links still show if that run fails. The view adds the Documentation, Architecture Model and Inconsistencies panels.
• The inconsistency request id is stored in the project metadata.
