Release 11.5.0

Bumps pyatlan/version.txt 11.4.1 → 11.5.0 and adds the HISTORY.md entry. Cut from main at b53b3b95, so the release carries everything below.

One error message changes for parent_type=Column without parent_column.

On the version number

Minor bump: the release is almost entirely new surface (creators, models, connector types, lineage_type). The two pyatlan_v9 behaviour changes (#1109 error text, #1111 blank process_id raising) are in the experimental package and called out in HISTORY.md.
