TimeRSI-1.5 wraps frozen Timestral-209M with agent-evolved forecasting programs, task-local selection/composition, early stopping for efficiency and adaptive quantile aggregation. Foundation-model weights are not fine-tuned; decisions use only observed history, declared known-future covariates and feedback available before each cutoff.
As in TimeRSI-1.0 (#196), agent inputs and feedback are restricted to information available before each forecast cutoff, with Docker isolation for code-agent sessions and generated candidates.
Across all 100 tasks, SQL / MASE / WAPE / WQL Skill scores are 51.822% / 41.440% / 45.400% / 56.059%. Per-task adaptation and inference times are provided; see runtime accounting.
