Support for T3 Code terminal

Checks

• I have searched github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Operating system

macOS 26.6.2 (25G83)

Expected behaviour

Expected autocomplete to work in T3 in a similar way to the way it works in the Curosr terminal

Actual behaviour

No auto complete suggestions. looks like T3 code terminal is not supported yet?

Steps to reproduce

open t3 and start typing in the terminal
